HastenHisComing.com is a web site to encourage every faithful follower of Christ to do everything in his or her power to hasten Jesus’ Second Coming.
You might question “can anyone hasten Jesus’ return? And if so, HOW?”
The Bible says:
“…what manner of persons ought all of you to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God?” KJV
“Since this will happen when people least expect it, what kind of lives do you think we ought to live? We should be wholly dedicated to God, in piety, respect and reverence. As we look forward to the day of the Lord, let’s do everything we can to speed its coming …” The Clear World
Yes, we can hasten Jesus’ return by being personally ready for it, and by doing the specific work that God has assigned to each one of us and custom made for our personality and set of circumstances.
There are many materials posted on our web-site to encourage every Christian to fulfill his or her God given obligation. They are made available to everyone to read and or print out and use to encourage like-believers. It seems impossible and overwhelming to witness to billions of people, but if each one of us would be willing and eager to do the work in our sphere, it could be quickly completed and than Jesus could come back and take us home.
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and all the angels are longing to welcome us in Heaven and spend eternity with us! God made all the preparations long time ago to receive us. There are many empty mansions in Heaven waiting to be occupied. The Bible describes heaven as “... Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.” Let us not trade all that for heartache, sickness, strife, and constant struggle here on this sin-cursed earth. We can hasten the arrival of that glorious day!
Let us daily ask the Lord ”What is my assignment today in this great plan of salvation?” Let us also ask Him to work in us both “to will and to do”!
